1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zss999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zss999 website located at https://zss999.cam and all associated services, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

zss999 is an English-language online gaming information platform serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions with sports betting insights, casino game guides, promotional information and responsible gambling resources. All content is provided for informational purposes. Users must independently verify the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction before participating.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the zss999 Platform in any manner — including creating an Account, placing a Wager or simply viewing informational content — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are provided in English. Where translations are made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on zss999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. zss999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in, a resident of, or a national of any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. One Account Policy: Only one Account per person is permitted. A single individual may not operate multiple Accounts under the same or different names. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and fund forfeiture.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on zss999 or any related platform at the time of registration.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity, is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must provide a valid email address or mobile number, choose a secure password and complete any additional information requested during the registration flow. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before you can deposit funds, access certain features or process a withdrawal. The KYC process may require the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement;
• A selfie or liveness check photograph;
• Confirmation of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, bank statement header).

Documents must be uploaded through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal only. You must never send sensitive identity documents via email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any unsecured channel. Documents must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of falsified, obscured or manipulated documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

zss999 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, including where account activity triggers AML (anti-money laundering) review thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. Funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance without delay, subject to payment processor processing times.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar context for Pakistani users only. They do not imply that those institutions endorse, facilitate or support this Platform or any gambling activity. Users must confirm available deposit methods directly in the cashier before initiating a transfer.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or as otherwise determined by the Platform. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before real-money withdrawal is available;
• Processing times vary by method — bank transfers may take longer than digital wallet withdrawals;
• zss999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending fraud or AML investigation.

6.3 Currency. Pakistani users may transact in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the Platform supports it. Where PKR is not available as a native currency, funds may be converted at the applicable exchange rate, which is set by the Platform and may include a conversion margin. All amounts displayed in PKR on the Platform are indicative unless confirmed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

7 Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions and reward programmes offered by zss999 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are displayed for each individual bonus. Failure to meet the requirement within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligibility: Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address and payment method is permitted. Repeat or duplicate registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse.
• Minimum Odds / Game Contribution: Certain bonuses may restrict eligible bet types, minimum odds or game categories. Bets placed on excluded markets or games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins or free bets expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Illustrative Amounts: Any PKR amounts referenced in our promotional content (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) are illustrative only unless confirmed as live offers in the Platform's active promotions section. Do not rely on illustrative figures for financial planning.
• Abuse: zss999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage or exploitation is detected. Determination of abuse is at the sole discretion of zss999.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are made available within each betting market or game interface and should be reviewed before placing any Wager.

8.2 Acceptance of Bets. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where:

• The displayed odds were the result of a manifest error;
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns are detected;
• The relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed and this is not a live-betting market;
• The User's Account balance is insufficient to cover the stated stake.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. For Pakistan-relevant events — including PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup and international bilateral series — market availability, settlement rules and void conditions are determined by the Platform's official rules for each specific competition. Results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB, FIFA, UFC).

8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets move rapidly. The Platform does not guarantee that all live odds will be accepted without delay. Bets placed during a technical delay are processed at the odds valid at the time of bet placement confirmation, not at the odds at the time of submission.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Fraud & Identity Misrepresentation: Using false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating Accounts for others.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit or withdraw funds that are proceeds of unlawful activity. zss999 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal or dispute with a payment provider for any transaction where the funds were genuinely received and used on the Platform.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, acting in concert across multiple accounts, or placing bets in connection with any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any event.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, exploiting promotional terms or engaging in any pattern of betting specifically designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine risk.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, or the higher applicable minimum in the relevant jurisdiction.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds in the Account and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zss999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations and editorial content — is the intellectual property of zss999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, republish or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise harvest data from the Platform using automated tools;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use zss999 branding, trademarks or logos in any manner not expressly authorised.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zss999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, server downtime or connection error;
• Losses resulting from reliance on Platform content for financial or legal decisions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, regulatory action or force majeure events.

Where statutory rights under applicable law cannot be excluded, they are not excluded by these Terms. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12 Responsible Gambling

zss999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Users and we strongly encourage their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum loss you can sustain in a defined period.
• Session Timers: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 By the Platform. zss999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;
• KYC verification is requested but not completed within a reasonable period;
• Suspicious activity, money laundering or fraud is detected;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the Platform to do so;
• The User's jurisdiction becomes a Restricted Jurisdiction.

13.2 By the User. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Real-money balances will be returned subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

13.3 Self-Exclusion. Where an Account is closed as a result of a self-exclusion request, the Platform will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration. Any self-exclusion request should be confirmed in writing to our support team so that it can be processed promptly.

14 Amendments to These Terms

zss999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last reviewed. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. For the avoidance of doubt, zss999 does not claim to be governed by, regulated under, or licensed pursuant to any law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
